Elegant Halloween Tablescape: Welcome to the 165th Tablescape Thursday!

Happy Tablescape Thursday!  With only two Thursdays left between now and Halloween, I was itching to create a fun Halloween table setting.

Since this table setting is all about candlelight, I didn't wait for nightfall to light the candles.

Halloween Tablescape: Welcome to the 112th Tablescape Thursday!

We've had the most amazing weather here alllll week. Last year's Halloween tablescape was indoors, but this year I'm still playing out on the porch.




With candles lit...







The napkins looked way too plain so I stopped by Hancock Fabrics and purchased some black tulle. It was on sale for .99 cents a yard. I only needed a yard to create sleeves or overlays for my gold napkins.







Beaded napkin rings are from Old Time Pottery...only $1 each.




Flatware is new...found it a few weeks ago at Tuesday Morning.




The creepy tablecloth is from the Dollar Tree. It only took two to cover the table.




We're having swamp juice tonight as our beverage...hope you're thirsty! :) How about an eyeball stirrer for your drink? ;).




For my centerpiece I used this fun Witch Halloween Costume Hat provided by Colonial Candle. I am so wearing this to give out candy on Halloween night. :)

Halloween Tablescape! Welcome to the 62nd Tablescape Thursday!

Saturday we took a field trip and toured a most amazing dish room belonging to Bonnie who shares our love for all things dishes. With all that wonderful china, I couldn't wait to see what Bonnie might have in store for Halloween. She actually put together two tablescapes...a "fun" one and one that will rattle your bones.

Let's start with the fun one...in Bonnie's beautiful breakfast room...




What a fun tablecloth! This would be a great tablescape for both young and old...soooo cute!





Love the cute Jack-O'lantern salad plates!




A ghostly place card...

Adore the napkin rings!




He doesn't look too happy about having to hold up all those candles.  Love the dragonfly chairs!




Even the chandelier gets a touch of fall...beautiful!




A final glimpse of Bonnie's fun Halloween tablescape...before we move on to the "scary" tablescape.

Ok, RUN...RUN NOW, if you are a scaredy cat (like me.)  Here, I have an idea, let's all hold hands...we'll feel less afraid that way. Ok, you go first...no... you!  Really, I insist. You're the guest so it's only right that YOU should go first! I'll just follow right behind...really, I will.

She appears to have lots of friends...
