Academy Awards Table Setting: Welcome to 183rd Tablescape Thursday!

Each year my friend, Bonnie creates the most wonderful table setting for the evening of the Academy Awards.  I can hardly wait to see what she is going to do each year!

This year Bonnie placed her tablescape where the action was...on the front row.  You don't mind rubbing elbows with Meryl and George, do you?

I love the "theater lighting."   Such a great atmosphere for this star-studded night.

Great tablecloth!  The deep blue and gold is such a rich, dramatic look for our night at the Oscars.

This table setting is all about glitz and "Star" power.

The "Starry, Starry Night" plates are soooo perfect!   I always love how Bonnie carries a theme out, even down to votive holders with their starry motif.

The gold-plated flatware really works with this glamorous theme.

Bonnie Photoshopped each guest's likeness onto an Oscar winner's body.  I know they loved that!  Everyone was a star...at least for the night. ;)
